Ram Navami & Nature The Deeper Reality
Nature during Ram Navami (Vasanth Rutu)
Ram Navami falls in the month of Chaitra during Shukla Paksha (the waxing phase of the moon). It is celebrated on the 9th day (Navami Tithi) of Chaitra Navratri, which occurs in the Vasantha Ritu (spring season)
Sita Navami falls in the month of Vaishaka, Shukla Paksha (the waxing phase of the moon) on the Navami Tithi, Vasanth Rutu (spring season)
In reality, this is not just a festival—it aligns with nature’s renewal cycle:
- Trees sprout fresh green leaves
- Flowers bloom (like neem leaves)
- The air becomes soft, balanced, and calm
- Life / soul energy / solar energy (prana) increases everywhere
- This reflects divine balance — just like the nature of Dharma.
This shows:
- Rama — Karma following Dharma (righteousness) — arises when nature is balanced.
- Rama represents karmic order, truth, and cosmic alignment.
- Just like seeds sprout in spring, consciousness manifests through the soul.
Who is Sita in Reality?
- Fertility
- Patience
- Nurturing energy
- Silent strength
Seed
Nourishing and protecting, the Earth holds the seed.
Germination (Awakening)
Wakes up and begins
“spark of life”
Sprout
Life begins by drawing strength from the Earth to establish its deep roots.
Seedling
The sun provides the energy for Outer side Growth. Earth/Soil provides nutrients for inside Growth
Sita: The “Root-Wise” Journey (Inner Strength)
In a spiritual sense, Sita represents Subconscious and Foundation.
The Deep Roots: Just as roots grow in the silent, dark under Earth, Sita represents the “inner work.” This is patience, character, and resilience.
Holding the Soil: She is the anchor. When the storms of life blow, it is the “Sita-energy” in roots that keeps from being uprooted.
Nourishing the Spirit: She draws the hidden emotional spirit of devotion from deep within the Earth to feed the entire tree.
Rama: The “Plant-Wise” Journey (Outer Action)
Rama represents Conscious Spirit and Dharma (Righteous Action).
The Rising : Rama is the part of the tree that everyone sees—the strength, growth, and the straight path
Reaching for the Light: As the “Plant-wise” force, Rama is the growth that seeks the highest truth. He turns the energy from the roots into the “wood” of a strong life.
Providing Shade and Fruit: The branches and leaves of Rama provide protection and “fruit” (the results of good deeds) to others in the world.
The Deeper Connection (Reality Beyond Story)
When people on Earth stay pure, patient, and grounded with peace without
- Kama (Lust): Excess desires.
- Krodha (Anger): Impulsive rage.
- Moha (Delusion): Attachment / illusion
- Lobha (Greed): Ruthless, desire for more.
- Mada (Pride): Arrogance.
- Maatsarya (Envy): Jealousy of others.
- Buddhi (Intellect): Misused knowledge.
- Manas (Mind): Fickle thoughts.
- Chitta (Will): aggressive will, Dominance
- Ahamkara (Ego): Self-importance
Due to these excessive fluctuations around the world
What’s happening to the Earth?
- Sita (Nature needs peace, otherwise Earth loses its energy)
- But when people live in ego, imbalance, or chaos:
- Nature suffers (Sita suffers)
- Karma has to protect Dharmic people (Rama acts to destroy misdeeds and restore balance)
The sun provides the energy for Outer side Growth. Earth/Soil provides nutrients for inside Growth
Rama as Purusha Tatva (Masculine Principle)
In its pure state, the Purusha principle (the soul) does not possess emotions or attachments. However, the moment it enters this illusory world (Maya), it begins to observe and experience everything.
This process is much like a child entering the outer world from the mother’s womb; a pure soul takes birth on Earth. The mother represents cosmic energy (Durga Shakti). When a soul enters this world, the awakening of Kundalini energy begins as part of its growth, though it is also influenced by ancestral genetics, karma, and the actions of fathers or forefathers.
However, when a pure soul is born as a ‘Rama,’ it does not carry or follow the negative karmas of its ancestors. Instead, it walks its own righteous path (Dharma). Instead of being affected by past deeds, it removes the illusions and wrong actions of its ancestors, because truth can never be hidden or defeated.
Burning the Seeds: While a normal human is pushed by the “wind” of Prarabdha Karma, a divine soul acts with absolute Dharma (Righteousness). By acting perfectly in the present, they “burn” the seeds of past ancestral misdeeds
Sita as Prakriti Shakti (Feminine principle)
Sita represents Prakriti Tatva—the feminine principle of Nature and Creation. She is a righteous force born of Dharmic energy;
Sita is Bhumi Devi (Mother Earth). As Prakriti Shakti, she represents the creative force that manifests in the material world for reproduction. The moment this energy enters the illusory world (Maya), it begins to observe and interact with all elements as masculine .
Prakriti, like Purusha, is a soul that enters this world. Yet, while it carries emotions and attachments, it is in truth the cosmic energy that nurtures inner growth—just like the silent strength of roots hidden beneath the earth. Kundalini energy awakens and is protected by Shiva consciousness.
The sacred union of Shiva and Shakti gives rise to both the Purusha and Prakriti principles on Earth.
Shiva consciousness guides the journey inward, toward clarity and self-realization, while Shakti consciousness expresses itself outward, bringing life into form through every element of the physical world.
Life on Earth itself depends on the Sun, the Moon, and countless cosmic energies—a vast field of wisdom that continues to evolve and can never truly reach an end
It is said:
Lineage Redemption :when a soul reaches a high state of consciousness , seven generations before them and seven generations after them are “liberated.” They act as a filter, stopping the cycle of negative ancestral patterns
Ram as a Man
- Rama can be in human form as a king or as a person in a family. “Rama Tatva” is a state of pure Soul — a way of living or learning with purity and clear awareness. In the Purusha (masculine principle), emotions arise only through the Maya present in Prakriti (nature). All emotional experiences in the material world are born from this influence.
- Shiva (pure consciousness) Bhava or emotions , ShivShakti (as Mater and energy) gives rise to both Purusha and Prakriti principles on Earth — meaning all elements of existence (Material world).
- Rama represents the masculine force that follows Dharma through karma, resolving conflicts in a righteous way and transcending ancestral karmic effects and misdeeds. Due to his purity, the Kundalini energy , elevating consciousness and guiding the right path. He moves forward without being affected by ego, greed, anger, pride etc, or ancestral karmic influences, preserving humanity and righteousness.
- The bond between Sita and Rama forms a sacred, eternal cycle. If negative karma is not dissolved through purification nothing remains. This is why their connection is revered as a “Saath Janm Sambandh” (a bond of seven lifetimes).
- Sita is destined to unite only with Rama in a human form. A true spiritual bond happens only between pure souls. Material relationships are temporary, but the relationship between souls is eternal. At the soul level, Rama and Sita are one. Because of nature, they are born in different forms. Rama represents righteous action (good karma), and Sita represents pure nature (Dharma itself). That is why she is called Dharmapatni.
Sita as a Female -Sita’s Role, emotional Suffering, and Union with Rama
- Sita, representing Nature (Prakriti), depends on Purusha, represented by Rama. It is Rama’s duty to uphold Dharma, misdeed done by the Ancestors karmas, and bring balance to the present situation (or DNA parivarthana). a union with Sita can only occur once this balance is established; until then, Sita experiences suffering in this worldly realm.
- Pure nature cannot be changed by anyone. In the same way, Ravana could not change Sita’s mind. Her true nature is purity and Dharma. Wherever inner purity exists, negative forces cannot remain.
- If Nature is disrupted after the planting of trees or crops, the harvest is lost; once the balance is destroyed, can anything of value truly be attained or recovered?
- If people lost their minds nothing works, ego destroys everything
- But Nature doesn’t want to harm anyone. Earth is holding strongly to protect herself.
- Such a pure and absolute union is not accessible to everyone. Sita, as a pure soul and a woman, can only be united with Rama’s pure soul; no other bond can ever replace it. Even if someone tries to change this destiny, the divine connection remains unchangeable and eternal.
What does nature really need from people? Does it need anger, ego, pride, authority, or position? Nature does not understand these things because they are created by humans. But it clearly recognizes pollution and destruction. When people fill their hearts with anger and pride, they begin to harm the Earth without even realizing it. Nature does not care about who we are—it only responds to how we treat it. What nature truly needs is peace and balance. That is why Sita cannot accept Ravana; cosmic energy tries to destroy the Ravana within every human

Dharma, Moksha, and Union
At the soul level, Sita and Rama are one. In the material world, a soul may manifest in separate forms—as male and female,, or even as a averse(a person not interested in marriage) —but those are “pure souls” . Born to protect Dharma.. Rama represents righteous action (Dharma), while Sita represents pure nature (Prakriti); this is why she is called Dharmapatni, the true partner in Dharma.
Rama and Sita Inner meaning
Even though Sita is surrounded by negative forces such as desire, anger, and greed, she is protected by cosmic energy (Cosmic Kundalini Shakti). Just as the Earth suffers due to human anger, war, greed, and pollution, Sita—as a woman—faces immense pressure and struggle. Yet, love remains her foundation and protected by cosmic energy
Without Rama, Sita cannot feel complete, just as life cannot function without Karma. To endure, Sita awakens her inner Kundalini energy and protects herself through cosmic consciousness and the spiritual strength of Tapas (austerity). Though she lives in the suffering of separation (Viyog), she remains inseparable from Rama in soul until he completes his karmic journey and they are reunited after yugas.
Within every human life—regardless of gender—both Rama tatva and Sita tatva exist. Rama represents action (righteous conduct) Karma, while Sita represents the pure mind. Action must always be guided by the purity of the mind; through Sita, Rama finds direction for his Karma. This path is guided by divine wisdom, much like the cosmic knowledge passed down through the Saptarishis (the Seven Sages).
Sita builds her inner strength and transforms through consciousness; this is the essence of Tapas. Ultimately, a pure nature cannot be altered. Just as Ravana (the Ego) could not change Sita’s mind, negative force cannot affect true inner purity. Where there is absolute purity, negative forces cannot dwell.
Vanavasam — The Inner Spiritual Journey
Vanavas (forest exile) is not merely about living in the forest. Before civilization, the land was entirely covered by wilderness—geographically explained in stories as the flow of cosmic energy. However, for human understanding, it represents a life journey. It means going beyond societal systems, religious beliefs, material attachments, positions, and man-made rules or laws. It is a focus on realizing the truth beyond these systems and discovering reality.
What Nature created in this world is real and natural, whereas everything man-made is a system designed for comfort. Humans are fallible; they make mistakes and frequently change systems or laws. Therefore, exile is a spiritual or inner journey through the mind.
In that journey, one builds:
Confidence
Willpower
Self-identity
Growth (Healing and Renewal)
The Manipura Chakra (Solar Plexus) is the center of this inner power and energy. For some, this spiritual transformation happens unknowingly at a certain period in their lives

It is associated with the color yellow, a ten-petaled lotus, and the seed mantra “Ram”
Symbolism of Scriptures and Truth
Thus, in Vedic scriptures, these truths are expressed through slokas or puranas/ithihasas/ stories. They are presented in imaginative ways.
Detailed insights about the Rishis can be found in my upcoming E-Book
Ancient Rishis as Scientists of Consciousness
- The ancient sages (Rishis) were like scientists or researchers who studied both nature and consciousness. Their knowledge was not based on blind belief but was gained through direct experience, deep observation, and inner awareness (not merely sitting in meditation posture — those are symbolic methods to convey concentration and discipline).
- They studied the Earth in its entirety — its geographical structure, seasons, and natural cycles. By observing how life reproduces in trees, plants, animals, birds, and human beings, etc they understood that a common underlying principle operates in all living forms.
- Their exploration was not limited to the physical world. They also understood the emotions, behaviors, and inner nature of living beings. At the same time, they observed the universe — the movement of planets, the cycle of time, and the relationship between cosmic forces and life on Earth.
- They viewed nature as a complete system — studying climate changes, ecological balance, and the interaction of elements. To them, nothing was insignificant; every particle, every living being, and every process was a source of knowledge.
- Through such deep observation, they realized universal truths. The knowledge they gained was expressed in the form of scriptures, symbols, and stories — not merely as beliefs, but as guiding wisdom for human understanding.
- That is why Ancient temples were built on Earth—to help people gain knowledge by observing the illustrated sculptures. In those times, people did not know how to read or write, so the temples were designed in such a way that anyone could understand. Rishi’s were studied the energy flow on Earth and the geographical systems from the North Pole to the South Pole and built temples accordingly, methods were created to maintain discipline and harmony in society. Gurus (only Brahmins used to know the Vedas or Puranas) used to guide people in balancing emotional conflicts. Arts and cultural activities were developed for entertainment, and dressing styles changed naturally through generations.
- If something does not happen despite all our efforts, we must understand that it is out of our control. However, humans—driven by ego—often believe, ‘I know everything,’ and act with dominance. When ego increases, it leads to bad karma. When their knowledge fails, they become harsh and lose their wisdom; that is where real problems begin.
Truth cannot be changed. Those with pure hearts cannot live falsely. When people cannot accept the truth, they turn toward controlling others. This is why genuine people often suffer within their families and society, even though they possess a pure nature.
Every pure soul is born with a specific purpose. Nature seeks peace and love—only through these can life be sustained on Earth. Otherwise, ego destroys everything.
One must understand that everyone’s abilities and karmas are unique. To find true peace, we must learn to accept these differences. Maintaining harmony in life makes a significant impact; despite all that a human may achieve, our knowledge remains limited. Everything we attain is ultimately drawn from Nature itself
