    Important thing in your diet plan is following the right time to eat food. Your meal planning depends on your schedule.

Follow these steps for Healthy diet Plan and follow activities to stay active

Step 1:


 Morning Time activity:

  • Woke up early morning before sunrise and go for a walk to breathe fresh air or do workout exercise at least one hour.
  • Drink two glasses of water early morning, 1 hour before breakfast

         What to eat at breakfast?

  • Eat any Healthy breakfast  along with a small bowl of curd meal include Vegetable salads useful for weight loss
  • After 1 or 2 hrs drink fruit juice or eat fruits

     This morning activity should be completed before 9 am

  • Drink water whenever your stomach feels empty, do not drink much water while having food

Step 2:

Afternoon Time Activity

Lunchtime at 1 pm

         What to eat at Lunch?

  • Eat which contains low carb, roti, toasts, oatmeal or sandwich with vegetable salad 1 bowl vegies avoid spices as much as possible and I cup of cereals

  • Curd oatmeal one cup

  • Spend time to eat 20 mins to 30 mins

              Do not forget to drink water after 1 hour and avoid drinking water immediately after a meal

Step 3:

Evening Snack time at 4 or 5 pm

Choose healthy snack which contains nutrients or eat fruits/fruit juice

Tip:

  If not possible to eat  healthy snack after 1 hour eat fruits.

Step 4:

Dinner Time at 7 pm or 8 pm

  • A small amount of oatmeal or brown rice or roti based on your choice
  • To lose weight faster, eat lots of vegetables  and fruits which contains low carbs
  • 1 bowl of Vegetable salad (or curry)
  • Add a healthy side dish
  • Best time to have food is before 7 pm

  Note: If not possible to have food before 7 or 8 pm, prefer to have fruits 1 hour before going to bed

Step 5:

 

Night Time sleeping time

  • Drink water before going to bed leave a gap of 1 or 2 hours

  • Drinking too close to your bedtime can disturb your sleep

  • Try to sleep at 9 or 10 pm

  • If you want to have tasty food, try once in a week (weekend)

  • This healthy diet plan is useful for weight loss ,adding lots of vegetables and fruits in your diet is useful to burn belly fat

  • Don’t forget to drink water or juice on an empty stomach.

  • When you are outside for shopping or walking on the roads prefer to have any juice without adding milk in to it.

  • If you feel dehydrate, prefer Fruit juices to drink which are having a high content of water and citric fruits like Watermelon, sugar cane, pomegranate, grape juice, Lemon, orange and etc.

  • Today’s stressful and busy schedule on weekdays, try to go outing on weekends, visit nearby locations, entertain yourself and your family.

  • All these activities refresh your mind and body
